Each year, the LTCNA Nursing Awards Program recognizes outstanding nursing staff – CNAs, MDS Coordinators, Nurses and DONs – working in long term care centers throughout Illinois. These awards are for nursing staff in long term care centers throughout the continuum of care—AL/SLPs, SNFs, ICF/DDs, MC/DDs, CILAs, etc. Don’t miss the great opportunity to let your staff know how much you appreciate their hard work by nominating them for an LTCNA nursing award today!

About the program:

  • The nominee must be an employee of an IHCA member center, or a member of LTCNA working in a long term care center.
  • Facilities may nominate submit as many nominations as they would like, including multiple nominations for the same category.
  • Each question on the nomination form must be answered in order for the nominee to be considered.
  • Winners will be selected by a panel of judges selected by LTCNA.
